Mr. Afdzal Zullah is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Universiti Teknologi Petronas (UTP) with more than 13 years of experience spanning engineering execution, manufacturing environments, business development, and digital-driven technical marketing. His early career in engineering provided him with deep exposure to industrial operations, project workflows, and fabrication-based industries.

In 2020, Mr. Afdzal repositioned his career towards business development and strategic marketing, where he successfully bridged technical capabilities with commercial value. His engineering background enables him to communicate complex technical solutions in a clear, structured, and business-relevant manner—supporting AK Optima’s evolution from a startup into a growing engineering solutions provider.

Recognizing the importance of digitalization, Mr. Afdzal has continuously upskilled himself in programming, system architecture, and data analytics, adopting a technology-driven approach to business decision-making. By integrating digital tools and data insights into marketing and operational strategies, he supports improved visibility, efficiency, and client confidence across the organization.
